Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Meaning once items have been tampered with they are considered contaminated and can not be returned or exchanged. This is an industry standard and there are NO EXCEPTIONS.

Bundles in unused condition can be returned within 7days. Returned bundles must be unused with product tags attached to qualify for a return. Approved returns are eligible for store credit only. Or receive Store credit valid until the end of the calendar year.

You can exchange within 7 days of your order. Once returned bundles have been approved, please allow 7 days to process and re-ship your exchanged items. You can only exchange unwanted bundles for bundles of equal value.

For the Month of June ONLY all orders will be by Pre-Order. Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. All shipments are provided with a tracking number and can be self tracked.
