- When shampooing your extensions always stroke the strands down the shaft towards the ends to prevent any damage to the cuticle.
- Rinse thoroughly and air dry or blow dry & style!

The number of bundles needed generally depends on lengths purchased and desired volume.
- 14in 2 Bundles required
- 18in 2-3 Bundles required
- 20in-22in 4 bundles required
Returns & Exchanges
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Meaning once items have been tampered with they are considered contaminated and can not be returned or exchanged. This is an industry standard and there are NO EXCEPTIONS.
RETURNS
Bundles in unused condition can be returned within 7days. Returned bundles must be unused with product tags attached to qualify for a return. Approved returns are eligible for store credit only. Or receive Store credit valid until the end of the calendar year.
EXCHANGES
You can exchange within 7 days of your order. Once returned bundles have been approved, please allow 7 days to process and re-ship your exchanged items. You can only exchange unwanted bundles for bundles of equal value.
